This simple acronym forms the basis of our approach.  It outlines how your organisation achieves its desired outcomes and goals.

"What gets measured gets done "

We want you to feel comfortable that you can measure the outputs of your coaching investment.

PROOF© provides our clients with a structure that ensures each individual plan is designed specifically to drive towards a solid outcome.  A destination point where the coaching journey is not only planned but can be measured and in many cases quantified.  The steps of that journey are PROOF.

VALIDITY believes an organisation, in considering any investment in coaching, must look to quantify results.

Coaching should not just be a vague shared discussion about "well being", but rather a program designed to achieve tangible outcomes.

Whilst the concept of coaching is readily acceptable and recognised, the question of measurement appears to allude many.  It needn't any more.

The question has traditionally been "How?"

There are two basic indicators that can be applied.

Firstly, external indicators of performance: - outcomes which can be seen and measured in the individual's or team's environment.

Secondly, the internal indicators of success:- measures which are inherent within the individual or team members being coached.

Consider external measures such as:
• Achievement of coaching goals established at the outset of the coaching relationship
• Increased income/revenue
• Obtaining a promotion
• Performance feedback which is obtained from a sample of the individual's constituents
• Personal and/or business performance data.
• Achievement of sales targets
• Improvement in profitable sales objectives
• Behavioural change
• Improved quality of inputs to sales forecasts

and internal measures such as:
• Self-scoring/self-validating assessments
• Changes in the individual's self-awareness and awareness of others
• Shifts in thinking which form more effective actions
• Shifts in one's emotional state which inspires confidence
• Development of a robust succession plan
• Solid career plan
• Demonstrable leadership

Ideally, both external and internal metrics should be incorporated and captured for a complete picture.

No more guess work. Our PROOF© solution provides the rigour that can be relied upon to deliver solid business outcomes.  Every time, everywhere, ever reliable.
