A very warm welcome to our first issue of FORETHOUGHT - the eMag of VALIDITY Coaching.
We are extremely proud of our VALIDITY Coaching team - a diverse group of successful executives, all with impressive business knowledge, business acumen, and each with highly skilled coaching abilities. The articles provided in this first edition provide you with a glimpse of their talent and experience.
Through regular engagement with our clients throughout the broader APAC region, a common theme has strongly developed in regard to people performance, "What got us here, won't get us there!" Not only are organisations' skills, knowledge and business practices under scrutiny, but also their values, cultures and executive behaviours.
From the difficulties of the past couple of years, businesses find themselves challenged with the growth of the future. For some that means re-building teams, for others it involves re-focusing the business for a new round of challenges and opportunities. FORETHOUGHT is designed to explore this current landscape and to provide you with helpful insights, knowledge and tips so you can confidently face the opportunities and challenges that changing conditions presents to you and your people.
We trust you will find the contents interesting, thought provoking, valuable and engaging and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and experiences with you through future FORETHOUGHT editions.

These two authors argue that today's leaders face unprecedented challenges that result in a vicious cycle of stress and sacrifice, with little or no recovery time built in. Consequently, even the most resonant leaders-whose ability to deftly manage their own and others' emotions once drove their companies to greatness- end up spiralling into dissonance."
