  • Leadership of Swann Insurance in SA/NT for 10 years with an accumulation of 85% market share & 60% growth over this period. Adapted product and services to create new distribution channels and re-create future growth potential.
  • Developed Mobile division for Advance bank in Victoria. Achieved 87% portfolio growth over 3 years with the creation of a unique Line of Credit product distributed through a newly created intermediary network.
