With demonstrated experience in leading people and businesses to produce exceptional results, Sophie is an extremely professional and highly motivated individual. 20 years of Sales and Management experience in Advertising and Media, IT, Retail and Employment Services; in London, Europe and Australia enable Sophie to coach others to excel both personally and professionally.

Sophie's career has included senior sales and media Director positions that has involved creating a team from inception and growing sales from $0 to over $200m.

Sophie's many responsibilities included leading, motivating, coaching and mentoring teams to exceed internal revenue expectations and grow relative market share, delivering well above Client and business expectations.

Comfortable leading change, Sophie successfully merged the Digital and Print Sales Teams in the Employment vertical for Fairfax Media, aligning business strategy with individual and team expectations, managing internal learning and growth and external market changes, training and developing and leading strategy.

Today Sophie combines her passion for making business better with natural empathy, using a consultative and inclusive style whilst working with others. Her leadership style combines the ability to build trust quickly, establishing meaningful and beneficial business outcomes and career fulfilment for others.
