Sin Hwa is a well-rounded HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles. He is based in Singapore and has worked for global companies based in Australia and the USA. He has travelled widely and worked with people from very diverse cultures across 60 cities around the world.
Sin Hwa has increased the depth and quantity of leadership talent for a global telecommunications company. He designed and managed the process for identification of leadership potential for senior management, 360° surveys & feedback, performance management, feedback and coaching. He has successfully helmed the start-up of a new Learning & Organisation Effectiveness organisation for a semiconductor company; led the development and implementation of a new learning philosophy, strategy, curriculum, learning management processes and system. He has coached senior leaders in the accomplishment of strategic business objectives by increasing financial accountability, Balanced Score Card performance objectives alignment and teambuilding. He strategically aligned organisational development efforts for the largest healthcare organisation in Singapore, including design, development, implementation, managing and evaluation of organisation change strategies. He has led global training needs analysis and spearheaded the development and implementation of a global learning and development strategy for the second largest mining company in the world. |
