Roy Patching is a highly accomplished Executive Coach with more than 20 years' experience with Tier One Global IT vendors. Roy has enjoyed a very successful career having held Senior Management positions with Digital, Compaq & Hewlett Packard.
More recently he undertook a Senior Regional Leadership role in Hewlett Packard's Sales Operations for Asia, Pacific and Japan. Roy was able to improve sales productivity and open up new opportunities for revenue generation throughout this extensive region. This involved significant Business Planning, Coaching, and Change Management in a complex multicultural environment. Roy is widely known for his leadership, management style, and an impressive ability to help others achieve their success. He enjoys the well deserved respect of his peers and has Coached and Mentored senior people from different business disciplines in support of their individual needs and organisational objectives. Roy is now leveraging his vast experience and is currently a Sales Director with responsibilities across the Asia, Pacific and Japan region.
