Originally qualified as a teacher of Drama, Art and Design, Peter has successfully synthesised his creative communication skills with his study of the philosophy of human development and his strategic acumen. As a result, Peter provides high impact coaching, training and facilitation solutions to business. His work has covered Leadership Development, Performance Communications, Crisis Management and Career Transition internationally.
As an executive coach, Peter specialises in Behavioural and Performance focused interventions within client organisations. He provides strategic and performance development support to leaders at Board level, through to realising performance development plans for ‘top talent' leaders and future leaders. Peter is skilled in providing effective interventions into difficult and complex transition processes. An accomplished Facilitator and Team Coach, Peter is engaged to prepare and coordinate multi-company alliance and cross-disciplinary bid teams' commercial pitching process at interview. He is engaged to facilitate change around organisational effectiveness (being ‘fit for purpose') within Leadership Teams, as well as redress for dysfunctional dynamics within business relationships/communications. |
