Dr Monique Beedles is a highly experienced and sought after coach and mentor. She is an experienced consultant and business adviser who is passionate about helping business decision-makers turn their strategic visions into reality.

With a PhD in Corporate Strategy, Monique has extensive experience performing and supporting senior management and board roles. Monique brings a rigorous approach, with a clear focus on what is required to bring practical performance outcomes.

Monique's coaching style is open and engaging. Clients describe Monique as a ‘thinking partner' who helps them work through challenges and overcome the barriers to success in their business roles.

With over ten years of board level experience, Monique is comfortable working at the interface between governance and management to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation.

Her recent experience includes work in professional services, mining, healthcare, education from primary through to tertiary, and facilities management.

As well as her PhD, Monique has completed the Company Directors Diploma of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Graduate Diploma in Creative Industries and a First Class Honours degree in Pharmacy.

Monique is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a registered Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Fellow of the Australian College of Pharmacy Practice and Management.

Monique is also frequently asked to speak and facilitate strategic and thought leadership sessions with leaders - both to those who are competent and those who are aspiring.
