Mark Garrod is a qualified and experienced performance development consultant bringing with him an extensive career in the corporate world. Mark has 16 years of corporate business experience, holding senior positions within multinational organisations including BP Oil Ltd and Leo Burnett Global Advertising Agency. As an Executive Coach, Mark has accumulated over 500 hours of coaching experience gained over the last five years. He has worked across a wide range of industries and organisations. His clients span individuals at C-suite and senior managerial levels. Mark has worked with organisations such as Occidental Petroleum, TBWA/RAAD Advertising, Emirates Airline, IBM, Schindler, Fortune Promoseven Global Advertising Agency, Halcrow Engineering, HSBC and the EC Harris Consultancy Group. Mark is a certified coach with two world-class coaching qualifications through The Coaches Institute and Myles Downey School of Executive Coaching. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Mark has delivered a broad range of training and development programs to groups of managers and leaders, with a focus on leadership skills, coaching for managers, team dynamics, and performance management. He has worked with organisations including Barclays Bank, Jotun, Roads and Transport Authority, Occidental Petroleum, Al Tamimi Law Firm, Abu Dhabi Investment Bank, Freehills law firm and DLA Piper law firm. Mark is accredited with the Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader Group with a qualification to deliver the 360 degree Leadership Assessment Program and coach leaders using the Extraordinary Leader Development Program. Mark is a also a certified assessor with Hogan Assessment Systems. He is certified to deliver the: Personality Inventory, Development Survey and Motives, Values & Preferences Inventory. He is also a qualified assessor with the TEIQue emotional intelligence psychometric assessment tools. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree majoring in Organisational Behaviour from Victoria University, New Zealand. He subsequently became a Faculty member tutoring Organisational Behaviour. |
