During 11 years at Hewlett-Packard, and extensive experience in the public sector before that, Lynette lead the design and development of cutting edge programs influencing corporate culture in times of change. Lynette has a strong experiential learning background and significant experience facilitating leadership and professional development programs throughout Asia Pacific. Lynette understands that, in these times of demographic change, organisations need effective strategic talent programs focused on developing and keeping their key talent. Lynette's passion is to help people achieve a working life that fully utilises their skills, matches their interests and preferences, and which also gives them scope to grow. She is accredited and experienced in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other self assessment tools.
