Kaye is a senior human resources strategist/practitioner and general management leader with over 25 years of experience across industries including Information Technology, Professional Services, Media, Broadcasting, the Public Sector and Consumer Electronics.

Kaye has significant experience in Change Management, Organisational Design and Development, Merger and Acquisitions, Industrial Relations, Leadership Training and Skill Development, Facilitation, leading edge Human Resources Strategy frameworks and Executive Coaching.

Many of Kaye's assignments have been related to establishing and developing the Human Resources function as a complete business partner at the corporate level and to local and international field sales organisations.

Kaye's key strength is the ability to build strong business relationships built on trust, commercial acumen and a deep understanding of how powerful people can be when developed and encouraged effectively.  She has worked with a range of professionals who have been able to apply the discoveries made in the coaching conversations to overcome obstacles that had previously created significant barriers to their career development and well being.

Kaye is a qualified Human Resources practitioner, holds a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Masters of Organisational Coaching at Sydney University.

Kaye has a busy family life and enjoys the challenges of guiding her three teenage children to adulthood.  Kaye provides a great example and is very motivated in helping others get the right balance of work, family life and keeping fit and healthy.
