Julie Wise has over 25 years in business operations, strategy and performance improvements. Following a highly successful career as an IT consultant, she moved to corporate management gaining extensive experience as a leader, motivator and achiever, managing several large innovative change programs and 2 corporate mergers. Julie has taken on roles as diverse as contact and service centres, wholesale and institutional finance and online banking, managing hundreds of people. Julie has held several senior roles within Westpac Banking and BT Financial Services where she led ground breaking development in the area of self-managed online superannuation funds. Today, Julie specialises in helping business owners and executives get to where they want to be, stretch their horizons and stay on top of their game more effectively and faster than they might on their own. Her leadership and coaching style is direct, honest, practical and very positive. She is a coach who will partner, support, provide guidance and hold you accountable. Julie is an accredited Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an alumnus of the Institute of Executive Coaching. She is a member of the advisory board for the Australian Businesswomens Network and member of the NSW Committee for the Australian Women's Archive Project. In January 2010, Julie was invited to become a member of the Fred Hollows Foundation to help develop a business operations and IT strategy. |
