Graham Maloney brings to VALIDITY Coaching clients a wealth of business and management experience gained over 36 years in senior executive roles within the financial services sector. Graham now shares the benefit of his deep experience through powerful executive and business coaching, directorships and consultancy assignments.

His most recent corporate role was with Macquarie Bank, where he advised Australia's largest financial companies on capital and funding strategies. Prior to that he was Group Treasurer at National Australia Bank, where he held global responsibility for a range of functions including Capital, Funding, Liquidity, Taxation and Investor Relations.

Graham has worked across a broad range of financial disciplines - life insurance, general insurance, commercial banking, investment banking, and stock broking. His experience includes holding the position of CFO to two significant financial organisations and he has also sat on several Board's including an ASX listed financial group. His career has been built within blue chip companies including AXA, AIG, Macquarie Bank, NAB and UBS.

Graham holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Sydney University, is qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries, and has recently been admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Graham is a Senior Executive Coach with VALIDITY and provides significant value to the company's client base. On a more personal note, Graham enjoys travel, family time and the theatre. His involvement in the Australian arts scene includes serving on the Board of Circus Oz.
