Geoff is a business leader with substantial global experience developing individuals and teams to achieve stretch goals.  He draws upon his extensive and broad experience leading businesses within a global organisation, Alcoa, and recently as CEO of Steelforce, a national steel distribution and trading company with manufacturing in China.

Geoff's career spans operations, procurement, domestic and international sales and marketing. He has held GM roles and led the formation of two JV's in China including project management of a $US300M capital expansion.

With this background, Geoff is a well rounded and experienced coach for senior managers working on strategic planning, market research and strategy, change management and lean manufacturing.  He has significant experience in M and A including integration where cultural alignment and change management was critical to success.  Geoff has held directorships on boards in Australia and China and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
