Emma Lo Russo is an experienced organisation leader who has coached and developed leaders and teams to bring outstanding results both nationally and internationally.  Emma draws upon her rich global exposure and practical experience gained from leading across a broad spectrum of industries including finance, manufacturing, marketing and technology.

Emma's career to date has spanned general management, go-to-market strategy development and planning, and senior marketing leadership roles.

At Altium she was President & Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the global sales, finance, people, manufacturing, logistics and marketing teams, and lead the organisation through record growth.   In her role of President she held overall global responsibility for the company's enterprise strategies, market positioning and key growth initiatives which included the development of a successful IP protection strategy to compete with software piracy.

Before joining Altium, Emma held a range of senior business unit management responsibilities for organisations that included Macquarie Bank and MBF.

She also has extensive experience in brand, strategy, design and advertising partnerships as Group Account Director for a wide range of blue chip organisations and manufacturing & logistics experience as General Manager for a commercial printing company.

Today Emma focuses all her energies on helping organisations and people develop and grow.  Emma is a passionate speaker, consultant and coach on a wide range of topics including business strategy, leadership, business transformation, change management, corporate culture and diversity.

Emma is regularly engaged with senior executive teams and individuals helping identify key success requirements and strategies for organisational, leadership and people development.

Emma recently completed an extensive research project interviewing 100 women and a number of men on their journey to finding balance between work and parenting.   This provides an interesting and insightful look into the challenges, prejudices, successes and overall strategies that parents, particularly working women, have adopted to find balance.

As an experienced senior executive and mother of three young children, she also encourages working parents to find balance in managing work and family life.

Emma has completed a Harvard University Leadership and Leading Negotiations program and is in the process of completing her MBA with the Australian Graduate School of Management.
