Debra has almost 20 years' experience within the Information Technology, Professional Services and Health industries, excelling in roles in senior ICT management, business development and account management.

With over 12 years' experience in ICT business development and client management, Debra has successfully won, retained and grown portfolio revenue, across all industry sectors, resulting in numerous national sales achievement awards.

Debra has a Bachelor of Education and has undertaken extensive responsibilities for the training, learning development, coaching and recruitment of staff for the organisations she has worked for. The development of staff via coaching has been an integral part of the success of her teams and herself. It is these intrinsic coaching skills, developed over a successful career and combined with the VALIDITY systems, that delivers outstanding results for our clients.

Added to that is her impressive project management experience across technology, people and process related projects; ranging from change initiatives, major site relocations, to system and software installations across Australia. Her engagement across a diverse range of business issues adds significant value to the individuals and teams with whom she works.

ITIL qualified, Debra combines her passion for working with people and process improvement to motivate and develop those she works with to their full potential. Her strengths include the ability to quickly foster meaningful business relationships, with integrity and open communication at the core of her leadership style.
