Cynthia Richmond is an ICT Executive with over 25 years experience in a diverse range of roles from Executive and General Management, Project Management to Individual Contributor. Her early years were technical, starting as a programmer/analyst, then customer support and pre-sales, to management in pre-sales with a transition into sales at the urging of the Vice President of Sales for Online Software 21 years ago. From that point in time she has held a variety of management and individual contributor positions spanning local and global to executive management roles. Cynthia has consistently overachieved against her sales targets earning invitations to "President Club" (sales achievement trips/prizes) in every sales positions held. Cynthia has a wealth of strategic consulting and business development experience from leading companies such as Sun Microsystems, IBM, Avaya and Novell. Cynthia's consistent track record of delivering great results at the strategic sales and executive level comes as a result of development of trusted partner relationships and delivery of business value to the customer. She has extensive experience in both direct and indirect business models across a broad range of vertical markets with the latest technologies. Cynthia's strengths lie in her ability to identify and cultivate talent.
