Bob demonstrates a proven leadership record in both large complex National (Westpac Banking Corporation) and Global (Unisys Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation & Hewlett Packard) organisations.

In a successful management career spanning some 25 years Bob is quickly able to gain the trust and respect of senior business managers in either local or cross cultural leadership teams.

Bob has led major P&L business units where overall financial accountability, human resources, change management, leadership development, coaching and mentoring were core competencies. He has extensive Asia Pacific & Japan Human Resources experience with Mergers, Acquisitions and Outsourcing where people integration, cultural alignment and transformation was a critical success factor to delivering overall business outcomes.

Bob is a Fellow of The Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Justice of the Peace.
