Anand is a business leader who has, during a highly successful International career, demonstrated clear values and an infinite capacity to develop both the people and the businesses with which he has been associated.
For over 20 years he has held senior executive roles and understands completely the rigours and responsibilities that these roles entail. Working in fast paced, ever-changing technology industries, combined with his experience in working in each of the countries throughout the region, he brings a depth of personal experience and knowledge to each of his coaching engagements. For the past decade Anand has delivered powerful coaching and mentoring support globally through senior HR leadership roles within well-renowned corporate brands including both Hewlett Packard and Apple. Anand's most recent positions include Chief People Officer at Altium Limited (Global software provider) and as HR Director, Asia Pacific & Japan, at Hewlett Packard Company. Prior to that, Anand was the Chief Executive Officer & HR Director at Apple PTC, and held similar senior business positions within technology businesses throughout the Asia region. Anand is a sought after speaker for industry events on topics including business transformation, leadership development and strategic talent management. With an enviable track record in Leadership Development, Organisation Design & Organisation Effectiveness, Strategic Business Planning & Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Transformation & Change Management initiatives, he provides a wealth of experience in his Executive Coaching and Mentoring engagements, as he does to his powerful presentations. Anand has also been practicing as an independent Business Consultant, assisting businesses with strategic business planning & partnerships, and has served on the Board of a not-for-profit organisation. Anand holds an MBA in International Business and Post Graduate qualifications in Information Technology and Human Resources Management; he is a Fellow of The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), The Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and The Institute of Commercial Management, UK (ICM). He is also a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) & Mentor. For his contribution to Businesses in Asia and the HR Profession globally, The Global HRD Congress conferred the "Pride of the HR Profession Award" upon Anand in 2009. |
