Anand has over 20 years' experience in starting, growing and leading technology businesses in Asia Pacific, including a decade of coaching and mentoring globally, through HR leadership roles with well-renowned corporate brands including Hewlett Packard and Apple. 

He has also been practicing as an independent Business Consultant, assisting businesses with strategic business planning & partnerships and has served on the Board of a non-for-profit organisation.

Anand's most recent positions include Chief People Officer at Altium Limited and HR Director (Asia Pacific & Japan) at Hewlett Packard Company.  Prior to that, Anand held the Chief Executive Officer & HR Director responsibilities at Apple PTC and other senior business positions with technology businesses in the Asia region.

Anand has a solid track record in Leadership Development, Organisation Design & Organisation Effectiveness, Strategic Business Planning & Due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Transformation & Change Management initiatives, Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

Anand is a sought after speaker for industry events on topics including business transformation, leadership development and strategic talent management.

Anand holds an MBA in International Business and Post Graduate qualifications in Information Technology and Human Resources Management; he is a Fellow of The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), The Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and The Institute of Commercial Management, UK (ICM).

He is a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) & Mentor.  For his contribution to Businesses in Asia and the HR Profession globally, The Global HRD Congress conferred the "Pride of the HR Profession Award" upon Anand in 2009.
